2025 is drawing to a close, and the new year is already just around the corner.
This year was full of highlights. Exciting projects such as LE3 in Dresden-Johannstadt and LIVING|M in Dresden-Pieschen were launched this year and are currently on the market. Additional projects in Dresden are already planned for the coming year.

Mit dem Haus Oberdeck in Dresden-Pieschen and the Stadthäusern Nizza In Radebeul, we were also able to complete two projects and hand them over to the buyers. With the Townhouse Rebe, also in Radebeul, another project is nearing completion. A construction site in Dresden-Neustadt has also been completed, meaning that the Stadthäuser Casa Mia and their condominiums are ready to be handed over to their new owners.
