The Townhouse Rebe is in the home stretch—and construction work continues at full speed. The exterior facade is nearly complete, while inside the condominiums, the final stages of finishing work are taking shape.
Tile work has already been completed in several apartments. Parquet flooring work will begin at the end of January, along with the start of painting work. This brings the completion of the individual residential units a big step closer.
Important milestones have also been reached outside the condominiums: The elevator has been installed, and the balcony railings and cladding have been put in place, already giving the building its modern look.
Construction is proceeding on schedule, and we look forward to handing over the apartments to their new owners this spring—a home that will soon be filled with life.
