We build quality. Our construction site is inspected by TÜV Rheinland as part of the 5-phase check in order to guarantee an optimal construction process.
The following phases are checked here:
Phase I: TÜV Rheinland checks the essential technical planning documents and familiarizes itself with the planning.
Phase II: The basement waterproofing is inspected before the construction pit is filled.
Phase III: The extended shell construction is inspected, including the roof construction, windows, pipes, stairs, surface sealing and the basic installation of heating, electrical and sanitary systems.
Phase IV: The interior fittings, interior plaster, thermal insulation, air sealing and the installation of the underfloor heating are checked here.
Phase V: The final inspection takes place before completion. During this inspection, the status of the building is assessed with regard to finishing, painting and flooring work, stairs, prefabricated installations, doors, exterior plaster and any adjacent outdoor facilities.
These phases ensure construction quality throughout the entire construction period and guarantee high-quality construction even after completion.
