On Thursday, 16.03.2023, HBH traditionally held a topping-out ceremony at Grumbacher Straße 23 after completion of the building shell. Just like the sun, our buyers were beaming at the sight of their future condominiums. In addition to the inspection of the building shell, the traditional topping-out ceremony was also on the agenda.
Of course, the physical well-being was also taken care of. Thanks to the delicious catering, no wishes were left unfulfilled here either.
The topping-out ceremony of the Stadthäuser am Lerchenberg was a complete success, not least because of the excellent organisation. Both the buyers and the participants in the various trades were enthusiastic and are now looking forward to the completion.
