On Thursday, 15 August 2024, we celebrated the topping-out ceremony for the Stadthäuser Nizza. As is customary for a topping-out ceremony, the occasion was the completion of the shell and roof truss of the two apartment blocks. In summery temperatures, the construction workers, buyers and HBH employees came together to celebrate the progress of construction on the building site in Radebeul. Thanks to the new canteen, the physical well-being was optimally catered for, this time with various delicious canapés. All participants had a great afternoon at the topping-out ceremony and were able to celebrate the completion of this important construction phase together. The next topping-out ceremony will take place in September. We will then be inviting all construction workers and buyers to the Haus Oberdeck to celebrate the completion of the shell of the building.
