On Tuesday, September 25, 2024, we celebrated the topping-out ceremony for our Haus Oberdeck project at Moritzburger Strasse 33 in Dresden-Pieschen. Despite the moderate weather, construction workers, buyers and HBH employees came together to celebrate the completion of the shell construction work. The managing director, Mr. Bormann, held his speech in his role as project manager in the shell of the building. The sky cleared up for the topping-out speech, so that it could take place outside as usual and the topping-out wreath could be admired from the outside. The catering was again very popular and offered both hearty and light meals. In short, there was something for everyone.
Our employees then showed the buyers around their future condominium.
The afternoon slowly came to an end in a cozy get-together and all participants could look back on a successful day.
