This was our topping-out ceremony at the construction site of the Stadthäuser Casa Mia in Dresden-Neustadt!
On Friday, January 17, 2025, our buyers, craftsmen and HBH employees came together to celebrate the completion of the shell construction work. With almost 100 guests, it was one of the biggest topping-out ceremonies we have ever hosted.
In glorious sunshine, we welcomed our guests with a champagne reception before Mr. Heider and Ms. Mickelat made their way to the scaffolding for the speech. In his speech, Mr. Heider first looked back on the beginnings of the project, while Ms. Mickelat mentioned interesting facts about the construction site and the project. Of course, all those involved and the city of Dresden were thanked for their cooperation. The speech concluded with the traditional topping-out speech by the roofer, followed by the symbolic tossing of glasses.
As many buyers were visiting the construction site for the first time, curiosity was correspondingly high. Accompanied by HBH employees, our customers were able to take a first look at their future condominium and imagine themselves in their new home.
Thanks to the company Bennewitz Events, excellent catering was offered, providing all guests with delicious food and drinks. The topping-out ceremony ended with interesting conversations in a relaxed atmosphere. Now the next milestone – the interior work on the three townhouses – can begin.
