Construction work continues on the Stadthäuser Casa Mia in Dresden-Neustadt and the shell of the building is progressing. The solid shell walls of the basement floor of House 3 are in place and the ceiling above the basement floor will soon be delivered by the prefabricated parts factory and installed in the following stages.
