BUSINESS MODEL
HBH is an established property development company in the growth region of Dresden. Our focus is on the development and realisation of residential properties in various market segments.
Our strengths lie in project development, customised sales and project realisation. We have efficient business processes with a high degree of digitalisation. Our low vertical range of manufacture enables us to react quickly and flexibly to market changes.
STRATEGY (2025)
We are already successfully positioned on the market in the condominium segment. We aim to continue to grow profitably in this area. We are focusing on a higher differentiation of our products and the realisation of larger projects.
For the further development of the segment “Development and realisation of entire residential projects for investors”, we will increasingly invest in the acquisition of land as well as in additional distribution channels.
To finance our growth, we will further strengthen our internal financing power and continue to use loans secured by mortgages for project financing.
A special focus for us will be the expansion of digital communication offers for interested parties and customers.
