The issue of gender equality is becoming increasingly important across all sectors. More and more companies and associations are campaigning for a more balanced gender distribution in companies. This is also the case in the real estate sector. We would like to support and further promote this and have therefore decided as HBH to support the Frauen in der Immobilienwirtschaft and to further bring this important topic to the fore.
The association “creates a high-profile representation of interests with the aim of increasing the number of women decision-makers in the real estate sector. We (the association) put the professional achievement of women in the real estate industry in the spotlight and make the potential of women in their professional field visible.”
