Our projects in Dresden and Radebeul continue to take shape and the first construction sites are nearing completion. Taking this as an opportunity, we take a look at the current status of construction work at the individual locations in Dresden-Pieschen, Dresden-Neustadt and Radebeul.
House Oberdeck in Dresden-Pieschen
The shell of the upper deck house was completed last year and the topping-out ceremony took place in September 2024. Since then, the focus has been on interior fittings and façade work. Further milestones are currently being worked on with the rough installation of the electronics and the individual connections to the city grid, which will soon be followed by the screed work. From the outside, the upper deck of the house is now taking on its final form. Windows have already been installed and most of the finishing plaster has been applied. We will continue to work closely with the trades until final completion in order to hand over the perfect condominium to our buyers.
All condominiums in the Oberdeck building have been sold or reserved. The forthcoming sale of all apartments represents a further milestone.
Nice townhouses in Radebeul
Also the Nice townhouses also celebrated the completion of the shell and the associated topping-out ceremony last year. As with the upper deck house, the interior and façade work is now taking place here. The first is already at an advanced stage, most of the screed has been laid and the painting work is about to begin. The façade is now also in an almost final state. Work on the façade of House 2 has already been completed and the colored details have also been added. For buyers, it is already easy to imagine their new home from the outside.

Casa Mia townhouses in Dresden-Neustadt
Following the completion of the shell and the successful topping-out ceremony in January, the Casa Mia townhouses are currently undergoing interior work.
The complete sale of all 29 condominiums is particularly pleasing. Here, too, we are looking positively to the future and the completion of the construction work.
Townhouse Rebe in Radebeul
The Townhouse Rebewhich forms the rear building of the Nizza townhouses in Radebeul, is currently in the early stages of construction. Construction work started here recently. As usual, construction work begins with civil engineering and excavation of the building pit before work on the shell begins.
Our customers have responded very well to the Townhouse Rebe condominiums. Seven of the eight apartments have already been sold or reserved, leaving only one condominium available.
