With the final handover, all condominiums have now been handed over to their new owners, and the Stadthäuser Casa Mia project has been successfully completed.
Construction began in May 2023, resulting in a total of 3 modern townhouses with 29 condominiums at Erna-Berger-Straße 10 in Dresden. Sales were very successful—the project was extremely well-received by our customers, and the apartments sold quickly. During the construction phase, the new owners received professional support from HBH Immobilien staff and expert advice on selecting finishes and planning floor plans.
The result is a product that satisfies more than just the buyers. Thanks to the professional collaboration with the various trades involved, the entire construction phase proceeded almost seamlessly, and the Stadthäuser Casa Mia —one of the largest projects HBH Immobilien has completed in Dresden to date — were finished on schedule.
