Yesterday, Thursday, September 12, we celebrated our 20th company anniversary at the Kanonenhof in Dresden. Numerous companions from the past 20 years were invited. From craftsmen, planners and architects to former buyers and friends of the company, the guest list was a colorful mix – and so was our evening.
At the beginning of the event, each guest was personally welcomed by the management before Mr. Kobarg, Deputy Member of the Board of Ostsächsische Sparkasse Dresden, and Mr. Seidemann, Chairman of the Board of BFW Landesverband Mitteldeutschland e.V., recalled the last 20 years of HBH Immobilien with personal greetings. Accompanied by excellent food from the catering company Convea, the evening took its course. The buffet followed a Mediterranean style and delighted every guest.
After the starter, our managing directors took center stage. In a discussion between the managing directors and founders Mr. Heider and Mr. Bormann and the new generation, consisting of Mr. Staudacher and Mr. Henning, they looked back on the founding of HBH and all the ups and downs of the last two decades. The conversation then turned to the future. What changes has the company undergone? What will the future of HBH look like? Two faces of the future are Mr. Staudacher and Mr. Henning, who spoke about innovations such as digitalization and market changes and pointed out the adversities of the current times, for which HBH is of course well prepared thanks to well thought-out and long-term planning.
The main course followed with various Mediterranean delicacies and culminated in a show act that probably few people had in mind. A laser show by artist Norman Petrov broke with convention and entertained guests of all ages. After the subsequent dessert, the event entered the home straight.
At around 10 p.m., an event came to an end that everyone will remember for a long time to come. An evening full of variety, delicious food and a drink or two was now over. Everyone involved had had an entertaining evening and duly celebrated the 20th anniversary of HBH Immobilien.
