Yesterday, Thursday, August 14, 2025, we celebrated the topping-out ceremony for Townhouse Rebe. With eight apartments, this project is significantly smaller than the Nizza townhouses. Therefore, this topping-out ceremony was also smaller and more personal. The buyers, contractors, and employees of HBH Immobilien gathered on this sunny Thursday afternoon to celebrate the completion of the shell and the construction progress of Townhouse Rebe.<\/p>\n
As is customary at our topping-out ceremonies, project manager Mr. Bormann addressed the guests with a few introductory words after the champagne reception and reviewed the construction phases to date. Then it was time for the traditional part of the ceremony\u2014the roofers recited the topping-out speech, which is supposed to bring good luck and blessings to the house and its residents.<\/p>\n
After the official part, the buffet was opened \u2014 with a barbecue and various salads and desserts, there was something for everyone. Thanks go to the Unger catering service, which provided us with food and drinks for this topping-out ceremony.<\/p>\n
A topping-out ceremony is always the first opportunity for future owners to take a look at their soon-to-be home. Together with HBH employees, everyone was able to get a first impression and imagine themselves in their new condominium.<\/p>\n
Now the next milestones are already approaching. With the completion of the shell, work on the facade and interior fittings is also beginning. Step by step, the Townhouse Rebe is taking shape.<\/p>\n
